Due to COVID-19 venues are closed and musician's livelihoods have changed. Different relief funds have been set up to help these musicians and other people in the music industry. The problem is not only for the musicians who were planning go on the road, but for acts that were on tour already, and got canceled. Lots of money goes into renting tour busses, roadies, and renting hotel rooms. On top of that, cancellations are not easy and many smaller bands are finding themselves in debt.
